I would also like more info on SAMe. My pdoc recommended it, so I've been doing some research, & would like to know about people's responses to it.

I've read it could cause problems if you take it w/ MAOIs, but I don't think there are any documented cases of actual harmful interactions. I believe it is isolated from yeast, which may be the reason for the caution.
