Bro i am not postive,but if my mind serves me youre just starting parnate correct? No offense but what are you thinking guy,,,,,no u dont want to use samE with parnate,i really dont advise this at all.
Explain how u are feeling on parnate,the level of benifit,what is missing,what do you "WANT" from it.......put as much info and let me or someone who knows parnate read it,but at a third day stage i would NOT touch samEYour still a newborn on it,you havent even yet ensured what diet restrictions u personaly might come across,
If youd like any help post ur dose ur on,how long i think u said 3 days,post again as much as u can think,and ill recomend simply what i would do.
As for samE blah,its snake oil,yeSS it crosses the brain,and has been used in Eurpope for years,i know all about it,but to me,.........This is a nutritnet that is crimanly OVERPRICED,and INSANLY overated.
At its best it will have a stimulant effect,close to caffiene,this is when it works,and you will spend ur money wad getting there.
Now i never speak for everyone i have seen people post they well on it,BUT i also seen many many posts where people come back saying it either dont work,OR caused them to feel maniac,hyper insomnia etc,and it is contradicted in maniac people.
Getting away from parnate,if i had to use something in this area,id look into Gotu Kola,DMG,TMG,NADH, or even DLPA.samE makes me cringe jus thinking of the cost and money i lost on it years ago.
