I need information about Vitamins please

I recently started Parnate 2 days ago. What I need is a list of Vitamins/minerals that may enhance the effects of the parnate. If possible could you also give me the recommended dosage of each vit/min also? One last thing is 5-htp safe and effective with parnate, I heard it can cause high blood pressure? Thanks in advance.
