With all the hype about Bacopa and Gotu Kola I thought I would share my experience.
I've tried Gotu Kola in many forms - even smoking it as recommended by ayruvedic medicine - and noticed nothing remarkable.
A couple weeks ago I started taking Bacopa and, again, didn't notice much at all. It may increase anxiety, but then again, my body seems to react that way to anything new.
Perhaps, the effects are subtle.
