Thank you so much Declan. I forgot to mention that I also take a B-complex, 100mg/day -- which includes 100mg of B6 (pyridoxine HC) -- is that not the same thing, or enough??
Someone told me that carbohydrates are more implicit to cholesterol levels than fat. Have you heard this?
I will talk to my doctor about my hormone levels; that's something that might be looked into, although I must say, I have had high cholesterol levels since childhood. But maybe the hormones are why I'm having the problem lowering now.
