I think I'd double the dose of TMG and triple the dose of folic acid and B12. You might need to get the sublingual form on its own. And then retest.
> DeclanSo take 1200 folic, or 2400, and 1000 TMG? I'm taking 100 mcg B-12, but it's in a complex with other B's (etc.). Is that sufficient? Are there any symptoms I should be aware of if I'm overdoing any of these supplements? Are there any foods I should be eating, or avoiding???
TMG stimulating? In what way? I don't notice anything. Perhaps when I up the dosage.
Thank you so much for responding. Do you also happen to know what else I could take with my Red Yeast Rice to lower cholesterol? I got it down from 498 to 318 on 2400mg/day. Is it safe to take more? Can I add Niacin and guggulsterones safely? I read somewhere that Inositol can also aide in lowering homocysteine, so could the Niacin help for this too?
I'm so grateful to have found this site and all you wonderful and helpful people. I certainly hope Larry is feeling better. He must have really been hit hard. My prayers to him.
Thanks again, Declan.
