You could take the folic acid way higher than 800mcg/d, so long as you cover it with plenty of B12. TMG could go up too. Do you find TMG stimulating? I think I'd double the dose of TMG and triple the dose of folic acid and B12. You might need to get the sublingual form on its own. And then retest.
