I wish it didn't. It's my main complaint with it. I do think supplemental Mag is good idea, but alas, I just can't seem to handle it.

For me, the GI stuff is the lower portion effected. In other words, diarrhea (yucky word, eewww). Although my stomach doesn't love it either. I suspect fillers as a contributing problem.

It's going well so far. I got the Vit D covered and I get some sunlight but not too much - it's time for me to start NOT adding to the wrinkle collection.
