I used to take dolomite for years too..then found out it may contain trace amounts of lead so I'm glad you stopped that form.Coral calcium is a pretty absorbale form I guess. It plays havoc with me in making my hair fall out ..and my son's too :-) I suspect.
That's the real coral calcium as in water in Vanuatu..which is soooo strong in coral calcium you can't wash your clothes clean..and your hair is like straw..also makes one a bit tired (slows thyroid) so you feel like sleeping most the day. But yeah sure effective as far as calcium intake goes :-)Thanks for letting us know it works for you :-)
