Try not to make any huge changes in your dexedrine intake at one time. You'll be bound for disaster and be back on it in no time.
Very slowly reduce the amount (perhaps open up capsules) and then experiment with the natural things and try and find ones that can help with the dexedrine withdrawl.
Not all the alternatives are for everyone and some can worsen certain symptoms. So, if you try a whole whackload of alternatives at once, you'll likely feel awefull.
I know, we all want results quickly, but quick results (ie dexedrine) are not always the best at serving the body.
Like the previous poster mentioned, give tyrosine a try, after using dexedrine long term this nutrient may be the one your body's starved of the most.
