> Hi everyone:
> I tried a bunch of things, am trying Magnesium Malate, TMG, omega 3's, Taurine, Niacinamide. I did not want to take dexadrine anymore after a scary mood crash the other night, but today I cannot seem to motivate myself enough to move from my house and need to go to work. I'm scared at how bad this is. So I took some about two hours ago. Does anyone have these crashes, and know a way to cut them off? When I take dex (two 5 mg's), I feel so much better, great, and brighter mood, and motivated to go out. But if I get down, it magnifies it to a scary amount. I have a lot of things going on which are getting me down, and am seeing my counselor today, and am wondering if there is anything else I can take? I don't want anymore SSri's! In fact, I would love to know if anyone knows anything that can get rid of whatever they leave in your body? It's been a few years since I took them, but I never felt back to "normal" after taking ssri's. I read an article about something like a liver cleanse, but it cost like $200. Anyway, that is tangential, I'm not manicky, but I feel it at the moment. I'm working on cbt with my counselor, and take klonopin (1 mg today) but am so scared about the crash, if it comes. I know exercise is good, but I can't seem to motivate myself to leave the house, let alone exercise. I am just so low. I feel like I am taking all the right things, alternative things, going to a counselor, eating well. I feel so lost. Can anyone suggest anything else to me? I'm frightened at how bad I feel. Thanks, Maggie
Dear Maggie,
I'm sorry to hear your aren't feeling well. I personally have good luck with the Bach Flower essences and I can think of a few that may help you. First Crab apple is good for the feeling that the ssri's are still in your system. And olive, sweet chestnut, rescue remedy, to name a few could help with the depression.
Check out the Bach flower remedies. you won't be sorry.
Good luck, Grace
