> Hi Kara. Thanks so much for your reply. When you have a moment, yes, I would be interested to know which ingredients were in the magic potion that helped you sleep. I did buy some lavender and tried it last night. I don't know whether it helped or not. I went to sleep around the same time I usually do. One of my cats ran out of the room when she smelled the lavender. My other cat lifted her head, sniffed the air and then went back to sleep. I was surprised at how disinterested she was. I guess I should try some catnip instead. Have you ever seen Celestial Seasonings "Tension Tamer" tea? I think it has catnip in it!

Sarah,

The "Peace and Calming" is made by Young Living Oils and it contains tangerine, orange, ylang ylang, patchouly and blue tansy. My friend said that ylang ylang can lower blood pressure so keep that in mind. Apparently (according to my friend) Young Living Oils are high quality oils. I have mixed feelings about this company as they're a multi-level marketing organization. I don't think they can be purchased in stores.
