I really like sjw. I take it in combination with 10mg prozac and 5mg zyprexa. The prozac and zyprexa basically keep me non-depressed, but lacking in motivation. Overall blawness, anhedonia, apathy, avolition, but not sad or depressed. I go by how I feel, and with that as a guide I ended up at 600mg sjw which provides nice motivation and social comfort. Though the combinations of herbs and pharmaceuticals scare a lot of people, they can be safe and effective when dosed carefully. For example, I started with just a half pill of sjw per day. I was on the lookout for it to either increase or decrease plasma levels of zyprexa, which it didn't do. It has worked wonderfully so far, at about 8 weeks.
