> I've not had the best of luck with Ad's. I've been on a glucosamine product of Melaleuca for my backpain and it's improved in 2 weeks. They have a product for depression with St. John's Wort also. I'm thinking of trying this but I know you can't take it with AD's. How long do you have to be off of an Ad before trying it? I'm totally impressed with these products and it takes a lot to impress me. What do you think? Should I try it? I will still need valium for sleep. Fondly, Phillipa
Phillipa,
I think you should try the St. John's Wort, just to see if it will work for you, because, you know, you never know until you try! You are the best judge of what is going on in your body and how it is affecting you. And if the Melaleuca brand doesn't work for you, I would like to recommend the brand of St. John's Wort that I'm using. It's called Perika and you can order it at www.vitacost.com. It is a purer and stronger form of St. John's Wort, and is working for me whereas other brands have not.
