~~~I've done FO in various "styles" over time - expensive, not so expensive, Salmon Oil versus mixed sources, high EPA and not so, taking numerous, taking few... basically all types of different ways. What I discovered for me and keep in mind, I get weird reactions to things, is high EPA products (per softgel) did appear to increase my anxiety - which is the opposite of what a number of people report. I also thought FO could have contributed to some myalgia I have, but I've pretty much ruled that out as a causative factor. The only difficulty I have experienced is some problems with skin breakouts that sometimes seems related and other times not. In terms of GI tolerance - it's no problem.

~~~I did not find it to have "WOW" results, but I do think it aided with motivation, drive and energy for me. This could have been a placebo effect, but even so, I'll take it. I am planning to restart soon and see if there is a difference. In the meantime, I think I'm just in a lazy phase. It's not THAT problematic, but I do wish for a little improvement.
