Blue light vs. full spectrum therapy: switching?

Posted by gardenergirl on February 5, 2005, at 8:01:41

Hi all, I have an odd question.

I have a full spectrum light therapy lamp that I use at my bedside in the a.m. It works well for me. I also purchased an Apollo GoLite since I will be travelling in early March, and I don't want to give up my light therapy.

I decided that on weekend mornings, I would use the GoLite downstairs so that I do not disturb my hubby. Any thoughts on what the effect of alternating between blue light and full spectrum light might be?

Otherwise, I suppose I should get a sleep mask for hubby. (Or just put pillow over his face???)

Kidding...just kidding!
