That's interesting. I don't know why niacinamide would make your allergic reactions worse. It does function as an antihistamine and the fact that you feel the sedation means that the H1 blockade is happening in your body... It's also interesting that you can tell the difference in your condition based on the type of foods you're eating. Niacinamide also makes my depression worse if I take too much. I think I've found that fine line between getting enough sedation and antihistamine response from it without increasing the depression though.
