This really should be on alteranatives, but who gives a flip.
Alot of times i've told my psychiatrist when i feel very mentally unstable, as if something terrible in my mind is going to happen, i drink Red Bull, and it brings a sense of Well-being and control. He said that the most bizarre report he's ever accounted.
It gives me stimulation to where i feel in control, similar to dextroamphetamine, and this makes my anxiety leave, sense i feel "in control"
Anyways...... just to let you know.
