I found the powdered Taurine found in fitness/body-building stores, to be the most effective. It is cheaper (in the long run) and easily absorbed. It is usually a micronized or pharmaceutical grade, also.
You might try adding magnesium citrate too, at bed time. I've found that helps my anxiety. I only take .25mg Klonopin per day and I think the magnesium adds to the effect, so I don't need to have higher Klon. doses.
