>It helped me a little right away but the better effects were cumulative. I make sure to have a steady supply in my blood stream. I used to take it 3 or 4 times a day but now only twice a day. You have to experiment to find the right dosage for yourself. The grogginess is minimal after a few days of steady use but I find that I'm much more relaxed and not getting any panic attacks. I don't know how long this will last but for now it works well.
