Supps for Panic?

Hey all,

I had my first panic attack in a long time yesterday. I think my recently titrated Lamictal might have destabilized me... Not a good experience.

I have some Xanax, which ends up being useful in these situations. But, I'm wondering if there any supplements that provide palliative and/or preventative relief from panic anxiety. Please let me know when you have the chance.
