To anony, I wish I knew. Are you male or female? Sometimes I think there might be some hormonal component to this whole mess.
I will let you know if I find any of the suggested supplements helpful. I am going to purchase the melatonin and ginko this weekend. I am so tired of spending money on things that don't work.
