> Thanks.Given your response to 5-HTP, I strongly suggest taking tryptophan instead. Whatever is going on with the heart rhythm is not going to happen from tryptophan, and it should still work like the 5-HTP. 2-3 grams tryptophan is the suggested nightly dose.
