Sorry to ask again but I have added several more vitamin supplements - I know I should probably go more slowy on introducing things - but I just get so excited by reading all the archives here - I feel I have been really missing out on this!
So here is what I am taking :
Selenium 200mg Morning
Zinc 25 mg Morning
B-12 515mcg Morning
Vitamin C 1150 mg
*Thiamin 100mg Morning
*Riboflavin 20 mg Morning
*Niacin 25 mg Morning
*B-6 2 mg Morning
*Folic Acid 400mcg Morning
*Biotin 30 mcg Morning
*Pantothenic Acid 5.5 mg Morning
Vitamin E 400 I.U,
Fish Oil 3 Grams
Vitamin A 5000 I.U.
Vitamin D 400 I.U.
Calcium 424 mg
Magnesium 256 mg
Choride 746 mg
obiviously the ones with morning beside them I am currently taking in the morning - as for the others - I just bought them last night so I am not sure when to take them, and the ones beginning with * are all in 1 b-complex.So - can you please take a moment and give me opinions (escpecially Larry) on when you suggest taking these - and as always do the dosages look good and is there anything else you feel is important to add.
