A 20mL bottle (0.70 oz for the nonmetric world)of Bach Flower Rescue Remedy (RR) purchased in USA contains the following:
Active Ingredients: 5x dilution of Helianthemum nummularium HPUS, Clematis vitalba HPUS, Impatiens glandulfera HPUS, Prunus cerasifera HPUS, Ornithogalum umbellatum HPUS.
Inactive ingredients: 27% alcohol
alprazolam it is not. helpful for shock? yes. helpful in times of panic? not as much.
Bach Essences are well known but there are many other companies with more than 37 remedies to try.
Some recovering AAers will put the four drops of RR in hot tea water to lessen the intensity of the alcohol.
RR also comes in a cream that can be applied topically if ingestion of the homeopathic tincture is problematic.
I've personally never been without a bottle of RR in my purse or in my car first aid kit since 1995.
