To cut a long and depressing story short, I started getting anxiety out of no were back in November.
Since then I've continued to have anxiety and a lot of muscle tension.
The anxiety seems to have no relation to any actual worries or thoughts I am having.This seems to suggest to me that there might be some sort of biological cause, like a nutrient defficiency.
Am I right?
I already take Magnesium citrate and a B supplement, I also exersise.
Any input apreciated!
