Phenylalanine causes memory loss?!?!?!!!!!

Lot of places say that. If its not taken with the balance of other things, then it'll cause memory loss, damaging the neurons in the brain or something.

Anyone who knows about this, post something please.

I was looking through all the dozens of vitamins and supplements I used to take, but gave up on months ago, thinking perhaps to try some again. I found one called Brain Energy which has DL-Phenylalanine 300mg, L-Tyrosine 200 mg, Rhodiola rosea extract*standardized to contain 1% rosavins) 75 mg, L-Methionine 60 mg, Octacosanol 2 mg. I took two of them as suggested this morning.

Anyway, if there is any chance of memory loss, from a product that promotes memory gain, then I'll stop it at once. My memory is bad enough already from anxiety problems.
