I tried niacinimide but it didnt do anything for me, but dont let that put you off s I find it hard to get any supplement to do much for me (which I actually find a little odd).
You dose looks ok but dont neglect a B complex as supplementing with one B vit only can lead to shortages of others if you are not careful.
I'd throw a nice heavy Magnesium dose into the pot too and its often said that selenium helps some people with anxiety (its a healthy thing to take anyway so worth adding). Say 500mg magnesium at least and 200mcg (micro not milli) selenium.
The fish oil is one of those supplements you can take as much as you like really, but i'd go for a minimum of 3 caps a day and probably work up to 3 times that much if you get no response with just 3 a day to see if the higher dose helps. Just work the dose up gradually soyou dont shock your digestive system.
