Hey all,
I was out of the country with a few colleagues from my senior dental school class for 1 week doing dental work for underserved areas of a third world country.
As the saying goes we worked hard and played hard. What started out as social drinking for me wound up being getting totally smashed almost every night I was there. I actually had a great time!
However, I feel exhausted now. I took B-supplements prophylactically every night before and after drinking along with a couple of ibuprofen when I would get home.
Interestingly, I had no problem getting up in the mornings while I was there, and I worked efficiently every day, but now that I'm back, I am ripped!
This isn't a substance abuse question, as I don't really have any desire to drink, and I don't feel like I'm "withdrawing", I just feel depleted. Any ideas on any supps that might help?
Here's my ideas, tell me what you think:
1. Multivitamin
2. Load up with B-complex
3. Magnesium citrate 400 mg
4. Fish oil at 1000 mg EPA dailyAnyone care to add anything else?
