Well... I was taking it with food as per directions on the bottle only thing was it was making my heart race and have an irregular heart beat every now and then... when I take it on an empty stomach I notice a little bit of racing but not so much. My only issue is the fact that I also take Adderall and a fairly hefty dose of it as well (70mg) and my heart never does anything unnormal in affects with that. However if I don't take it with food I am usually okay although sometimes it does feel as though my heart almost quivers... but that has happened before even without the Tryptophan.
