Any thoughts? My pdoc recommended it to me, and I tried taking it, but was having some SEs that may or may not have been caused by the 5-HTP, so I stopped. I think it's kinda pricey as far as supplements go, but I'd be interested to know what others think of it.
The guy at the vitamin/supplement store tried to tell me that 5-HTP and Kava Kava would cure all my problems. Yeah, right. I've tried Kava Kava and it did nothing for me.
