In general civility is good for all of us, so I'd have to agree with you. But when someone is in pain, sometimes the occasional slip, IMO, doesn't deserve a block but is gained in any case. Sometimes a warning would be more appropriate.. but once you're blocked, you're blocked and there's nothing you can say or do to change that. It's like being incarcerated without the last call to your lawyer. It's not very civil.
