So there is kind of an OCDish spin to me lately. I hear this problem can be caused or at least worsened by Neuroleptis and that Olanzapine usually is the worse offender, not Seroquel. I take both.
My sleep is good, I could reduce somewhat.
Does anyone know of any psychotherapy techniques here? And maybe techniques to avoid?
Any easy to take substances that could support?
