If Mirtazapine works for you right now thats fine but dont take it for granted. It could stop working and then you are back to zero. I would do as much non pharmaceutical therapy as possible even if you feel good on Mirtazapine. M. can help but dont expect it (or other drugs) to solve sll psychological problems for the rest of your life. Its not realistic. Work on improving yourself, your relationships and occupation as much as you can.
