I think you dont want to die, you just dont want to go on living like you do right now. Things can change for the better. Get the best help that you can get. To me that is a hospital that offers lots of meaningful therapy and is careful with meds.
Do you think you can do that? Your Mirtazapine experiment would be at least somewhat safer that way.
