I was fine until 12 mg. Then kefir and then coffee became a little sketchy. In addition, and unfortunately, there isn't a decent pain medication to be taken with it-- excluding an opiate. I'd be pretty careful-- sounds like you are. Some here have mixed their meds and know more than I do, but my experience with coffee was sobering :/
But it really did help my depression.
I hope Abilify is helping.
