I have used DXM for depression as a helper med.

I don't really consider it a 'daily med' (in the sense that it is impairing, to some extent). However, I would consider it useful for anxious, anhedonic type depression.

Animal studies suggest it has actions similar to ketamine (with perhaps a bit weaker antidepressant effect).
