It's a mess all over the world from what overseas friends write me. Evidently Sweden is #1 but their tax rate is extremely high. Disability insurance I would guess for a lot with mental illness and don't like this term as it's an illness like any other one like appendicitis, Mental health is no longer a separate entity.
