on one of the sites, it says it has antidepressant properties, but it's an old generation anti-psychotic, usally those where harsh and strong, they didnt really have multi-symptom like the new ones today.......it's a good med, espcially for it's time frame when i was released in 1967.....
the only thing they say is not use it with elderely people, some dementia, it can cause worsening symptoms and death.....
