I've added nuvigil and, unintentionally, zofran, which, I think is a 5 HT-3 antagonist because of unremitting nausea from Brintellix (now Trintellix). The combo is working pretty well. I do experience more mental clarity, noticeably so, contrasting with the Lexapro that I transitioned from.

I can't recall if you're taking Trintellix. If so, what's you're experience?
