Is it someone here to that have similar problems with intrusive thoughts, and if so, what has helped you?
I'm not sure if this will help in the long term and i'm open to other treatments to.
In my opinion it is a very hard thing to work with when the thoughts is of violent nature and exposure therapy isn't possible at all.
Therefore it is always helpful with other peoples success-regiments.
Or regiments that have pooped out, so to say.I have follow up in a month and she mentioned TMS (Trans cranial magnet stimulation) and
DBS (Deep brain stimulation).
I want to avoid that in every possible way so some input would be helpful for me and surely for other people to.Because these things are hard to talk about because of the nature of the themes.
