Bless you, jonhed. That's awesome that you found a combination that worked for you. No shame at all in that. I envy you. I too have a terrible anxiety disorder and have struggled with it all my life. (I'm 49 now.) Whatever works, I say. I hope you continue to benefit from your current treatment. Prayers.
