I think you are on your way!

Do not "experiment" too much with foods. Yogurt is generally fine. If in doubt, choose the Dannon brand.

Do not eat blue cheese!

Inexpensive processed cheeses are okay, but it would be wise to experiment with very small amounts. Mozzarella and Ricotta cheeses are okay, but Romano and Provalone are not.

Aged or cured meats are a no-no. Could the ham you ate be considered aged or cured?

What foods are you concerned about?
