That's what I thought. But I've since found many sources saying yogurt IS contraindicated. So I might have to experiment with small amounts. I'd hate to have to give it up.
My BP was too high to be a natural rise. I'm suspecting yogurt, lunch meat (ham), or Wendy's chili to be the culprit. Any ideas?
