I forgot to add anxiety in the schizoaffective mood progression.
normal -> anxiety -> mania with or without mixed-state -> schizoid psychosis -> depression -> normal
How does this compare to your cycle? You might not have periods of feeling normal. I hope you do. You could use periodic sanctuary.
