Savella seemed to help my concentration. I took it for about 2 years, had to stop because of prostate problems. I think Savella is the only AD that doesn't cause cognitive problems like most SSRI's and MAOI's. Can't seem to read a novel now that I'm on Emsam. The slightest things make me distracted.
