You really need to get a handle on what your symptoms are and what the meds are doing to you. Ever done a drug-free trial at a hospital to see how it all comes out?
Any of the SNRIs should help with concentration, as will Wellbutrin. Not everyone gets agitated on Wellbutrin, but it can cause anxiety.
Remeron will not help with concentration.
I don't understand why you're on Lamictal at all at that dose.
