I'd like to say Cymbalta is the best and most effective SNRI. Also its better than any SSRI I have tried.
I took it for 3 years after stopping Nardil. I must say it was about 80% as effective as Nardil. Decided to stop Cymbalta when I realised it was negatively affecting my sex life quite drastically.
