one time the hospital put me on zyprexa... since my previous dose had been 10mg. they started me on 5 and the next day put me up to 10... i had issues with my tongue, it was a while ago, but i remember having a hard time with articulation, not sure if it was motor or swelling issues. but i told them to take me back down. they did for a couple days before they took me back up... that resolved the issue.
