What did your psychiatrist say about the fact that your tongue was twitching?
If nothing, or if you said it didn't usually happen and now have noticed it, I would call him and check out this question with him.
Everyone responds different to APs, so it doesn't matter whether anyone else did or didn't have such a reaction at any point. But I would definitely not ignore the symptom, because if it is something, the sooner you catch it, the better.
